Our Board of Directors meets quarterly via virtual conferencing. Our meetings are open to the public unless noted otherwise and during closed sessions.

Meeting dates, virtual conference information and time may be subject to change. Individuals interested in attending meetings should confirm the date, time and call information of the meeting by emailing us.

Minutes and agenda of open meetings are public records and can be requested via email to admin@bbwpcoalition.org.  Records will be released within 7 business days when available.
